When summer slowly turns towards autumn, when the evening light softens and the forest smells of damp moss and sun-warmed bark — then we open the doors of Magasinet in Järnavik for two days of movement, rest and presence.
In the heart of the Blekinge archipelago nature, we invite you to a retreat where body and mind can land, discover and listen inward. Here, with the sea and silence as closest neighbors, Liselotte and Ninni guide you through a weekend filled with Fascia Flow, timbre meditations, conversations and bodily immersion.
Liselotte Reivén has her roots in dance, pilates and body therapy. In her work, she weaves these expressions together into a living tapestry of presence, sensory and curiosity. With a special fascination for fascia — the body's responsive connective tissue system — she invites movement and reflection that support the nervous system, lymph flow and our deeper understanding of body language. She runs the Movement Center in Gothenburg and has extensive experience working with both performing artists and people in need of recovery and inspiration.
Ninni Norberg has been working with people for over two decades as a licensed chiropractor, with a particular focus on the whole body's capacity for movement and the fine-tuned interaction of the nervous system. She is fascinated by how through treatment, meditation and conscious presence we can influence and support both bodily function and inner balance. Her work ranges from clinical anchoring to profound timbre meditations and holistic wellness journeys.
Ninni and Liselotte have long been inspired by each other, and are very excited to hold this retreat together.

372 63 Brakne-Hoby ACCOMMODATION A beautiful old converted granary surrounded by nature reserves with large oak trees, water mirror, generous lawns, a rich bird life and lovely terrace to sit on in the evening sun. You can also listen to grazing Icelandic horses just below the Warehouse. You stay in a shared room with a simple and thoughtful design. The accommodation is spread over 14 beds in seven rooms, 4 shared toilets and 2 showers. - 10.00—12.30: Fascia Flow with Liselotte — lecture, guided sensory and movement
- 12.30am-2pm: Lunch
- 14.00-16.30: Klang meditation with Ninni
- Own time — rest, hike, swim or just be
- 6:30 p.m.: Joint dinner
- We end the evening with a cocoa ceremony in silent presence by the fireplace
- 8:30-10.00 Breakfast in silence
- 10.00—12.30: Fascia Flow — dance, pilates, improvisation
- 12.30am-2pm: Lunch
- 14.00—16.30: Holistic Yoga with Ninni
