At Sourdough & Chocolate, raw materials are always in focus. I place great importance on selecting ingredients of the highest quality and sustainability and am happy to support local producers. By purchasing goods from nearby farms, I not only gain access to top-notch produce, but also help strengthen local agriculture.
Whenever possible, I choose organic alternatives — both to protect nature and to ensure that my products are as clean and natural as possible. The combination of local and organic ingredients reflects my philosophy of uniting taste and sustainability in every part of my work.
At Spring Festival 2025 I offer sourdough, bread, buns, chocolate, pralines, confectionery, small cakes and lots of other goodies. You're welcome!
