A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience in which you are enveloped by the vibrations of clanging bowls, gongs and other healing instruments. For 60 minutes, you will receive:
🔸 Guiding into relaxation — We start with a short introduction and breathing exercises.
🔸 Sound vibrations for deep recovery — The sound bowls create frequencies that help the body release stress and balance energy flow.
🔸 Time to integrate — We finish with a moment of silence to let the effect sink in.
